We’re so excited to have you join us for our wedding at Hacienda del Secreto in Cancun! Below are the important details regarding your stay and the reservation process.
1. Arrival & Departure Details
Arrival Date: Monday, September 14, 2026
Departure Date: Sunday, September 20, 2026
Check-in Time: 3:30 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly, as the check-in and check-out times are set by the resort.
2. Staff Tipping
Tipping is a standard practice for resort staff, and it is noted in your reservation confirmation email that a 5% tip of the villa rental rate is typically recommended.
Since we’ve rented the entire resort, we’re still awaiting clarification on how the tipping will be divided across all staff members, but rest assured, 100% of all tips go directly to the staff.
At the end of your stay, staff will offer an envelope for guests who wish to leave a tip.
3. Payment Methods
Checks are not accepted at the resort.
The resort only accepts cash and credit cards for payment.
Please ensure you bring a valid credit card or sufficient cash for any additional charges or services during your stay.
4. Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation has already been confirmed! You will receive your specific room assignment from Justine and Alex. A room chart with detailed assignments will be posted in the WhatsApp group closer to the wedding date.

If you have any special requests or questions regarding your room, or if you need to modify anything about your reservation, please contact Justine and Alex directly.
